Paul Cormier, President & Senior Communications Strategist

Paul brings over 30 years of experience to the table in the strategic planning and production of learning and communications programs design. He has worked closely with senior decision makers across a broad spectrum of Canadian and US organizations in both the public and private sectors. Solid client relationships, consensus building, good communication skills and an excellent understanding of business objectives has allowed him to work on a variety of communications projects. His skills sets include public relations, training, eLearning, knowledge transfer, marketing & promotions and advertising. 

Paul is a graduate of Journalism & Print Broadcast Program at Algonquin College, Ottawa. Paul also attended The Journalism Program at Carleton University and Communications Studies at Windsor University. Paul has won a number of communication awards including: World Media Festival – Silver Award for Cannect Communications marketing/recruiting mini-CD-ROM, Best Fund Raising Video for the National Ballet, and the Ontario Health Educator Association’s Best Medical Information Video — Multiple Organ Retrieval & Exchange Program of Ontario.

Paul is actively engaged in the Simcoe County, having served as past Chairman of Board for Habitat for Humanity Huronia for (6 years, sat as a member on the Innisfil Recreational Centre Site Selection Committee (3 years) and Mentored at the Greater Barrie Business Enterprise Centre for (5 years) to name a few.   

Rob Hunter, Lead Technologist & Infrastructure Architecture

Rob has been developing internet media for twenty years including: designing & programming web architecture, custom intranets, learning management systems and mobile applications across a wide range of client groups, development environments and database infrastructures. He also has significant experience internationally, having developed corporate websites, intranets, LMS integrations and mobile web applications in the Middle East, Latin America, China and Southeast Asia. His programming skills include significant experience in ASP, Coldfusion, PHP, Miva, Perl, DHTML and JavaScript) as well as database infrastructures. Rob also offers extensive experience in wireless/PDA and HTML 5 development and web convergence.

Julie Riess-Dibiasio, Graphic Artist

Julie has gathered eight years’ experience creating unique designs that offer impact. She has worked on a variety of projects, including identity branding, tradeshow displays, print materials, business packages, editorial layouts and website designs. As an honours graduate of the Graphic Design program at Georgian College, Julie has a sound understanding of business issues. When working on national and international projects, Julie brings with her an understanding of the French language.
