e-learning: OUR EXPERIENCE

Paul brings 18 years of interactive learning experience to the table; working closely with senior corporate management, subject matter specialists and industry professionals to create engaging and effective interactive learning tools. Paul is a seasoned project manager, producer, creative director and writer, whose exposure to a broad spectrum of production conditions and circumstances makes him a unique commodity in the world of E-Learning. His considered approach and bilingual experience has allows him to work within a variety of learning environments.

He is a graduate of the Interactive Design Workshop - University of Nebraska and Journalism & Print Broadcast Program at Algonquin College, Ottawa. Paul also attended The Journalism Program at Carleton University and Communications Studies at Windsor University. Paul’s Interactive Learning Awards include: Global Creative Awards- Silver award – (Canon Canada), World Media Festival - Silver Award (Cannect Communications), Canadian Pharmaceutical Association (CPHA) Best of Show and New York Film Festival, Silver Award (Canadian Wine Institute)

Doug Knipe: Interactive Learning Profile
Doug Knipe has been involved in the development and deployment of training and E-Learning projects and solutions for over 20 years at a national level and in both official languages.

His expertise encompasses instructional learning design, technical documentation, corporate communications, customer service/loyalty programs and business technology implementations. Doug is a graduate of Friesen Kaye’s Self-Paced Instructional Design program and a seasoned Adobe Connect platform developer and administrator.

Training and E-Learning project experience includes:

• Multi-course E-Learning curriculum for North Simcoe Muskoka Community Care Access Centres (and other CCAC’s)
• E-Learning course development for Government of Alberta and the Ontario Marine Association
• Comprehensive video and instructor-led customer service programs
• Support training for technology projects including Point-of-Sale rollouts, multimedia catalogue kiosks and self-service order terminals and inventory management systems
• Staff and management operating skills training programs and curriculums
