Soft Skills Training

Ycommunicate has recently developed a state-of-the-art, self-paced Leadership & Management eLearning curricula. The program is designed as an intermediate learning program for organizations and businesses across Canada. The program is designed as a four-part curricula that includes: Communications, Project ,Management, Leadership and Problem Solving. Each topic encompasses 4 highly interactive modules which take approximately 35 - 45 minutes each to complete; and each includes checkpoint (in-content questions and case studies) to allow learners to check their understanding of the content prior to the final test at the end of each module which has threshold achievement requirements. Each module builds on the content of the previous module to create a comprehensive 16 module Leadership & Management learning curricula. 

Communications: The program provides an overview of communication strategies, protocols and tactics to work with clients, external contractors/suppliers or with colleagues in a team environment. Communications in the workplace has become one of the most critical factors in an organizations success today. We are utilizing increasingly complex forms of communication and growing levels of complex information. This program will help participants to explore the topic of communications and immerse themselves in a full understanding of its importance and their role in communicating, by fully engaging and interacting with the content.

Project Management: Organizations are constantly developing new products, programs and services to better serve their clients. They may need to streamline business processes, increase quality and customer satisfaction, or deal with increased competition. Good project management is often the solution for successful completion of these business and organizational requirements.  Most project management learning programs are geared toward the relatively small number of people who want to become certified as a professional project manager. This self-paced eLearning program is designed for the far greater number of people who need to manage projects as part of their job. This program provides an understanding of strategies and best-practice tools & techniques to plan and manage a project successfully; to a client's satisfaction.

Problem Solving: Today’s work environment is increasingly complex and ambiguous.
